Next Steps for MOUSE Squad Faculty Advisors at iTeach/iLearn Schools

• Update your iSquad information in these three places 1) http://oit.wikispaces.com/iSquad+Stats 2) http://oit.wikispaces.com/Non-Curricular+Roles 3) http://oit.wikispaces.com/iSquad+Shirts+Gr+7.
• Contact your fellow MOUSE Squad Faculty advisor at the school in your region to coordinate a training date. We advise that you pick at least 2 dates that might work for your schools.
• Check the MOUSE calendar to make sure the date is available
• Check that no one else on the wiki has selected that date
• Post desired training dates on the iSquad Stats Page
• Confirm that the date is set with MOUSE by sending an email to help@mail.mousenetwork.org and with your partner school
• Arrange for room at your school OR transporation to another school
• Recruit students that will be able to attend that day and who can participate in the iSquad hours you have selected. Use Applications
• Have parents sign the permission forms

After Training

Pre Start Activities

• Hold your first official MOUSE Squad meeting.
• Perform your inventory and assessment.
• Develop a data collection plan.
• Train students for data collection.

Start Up

• Continue to conduct weekly meetings.
• Advertise your MOUSE Squad and distribute blank tickets to faculty and administrators.
• Develop a routine maintenance and special project plan.
• Help students with customer relations.

Ongoing

• Continue to conduct weekly meetings.
• Continue to monitor and replace blank tickets for faculty and administrators.
• Follow your routine maintenance plan.
• Monitor data collection closely in order to make use of trend information, etc.
• Provide continuous training as necessary.
